When you contact us or request a sample, we may process your name, company name, email address, telephone number, message and further business correspondence. The form on this website does not store your request in a web database: submitting it opens your own email application. We receive your details in our mailbox only after you send the email.

For the security and operation of the website, the hosting service may also process technical information such as an IP address, time, browser information and error or security logs.

• to answer your question or sample request;
• to prepare a possible business relationship, delivery or appointment;
• to maintain business communication and administration;
• to keep the website secure and reliable.

We process data where this is necessary to take steps at your request, for our legitimate business interests, or to comply with a legal obligation.

4. Sharing and international transfers

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only when necessary with service providers that support us, such as email, hosting and IT providers, or where required by law. They may process the data only for the agreed service.

If a service provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we use appropriate legal and contractual safeguards where required.

5. How long do we keep data?

As a general rule, we retain contact and request data for no more than 24 months after the last substantive contact. Data that becomes part of a business agreement or administration may be retained longer where a statutory retention duty applies. Technical logs are kept no longer than necessary for security and administration.

At launch, VV Origin Brands does not place marketing or tracking cookies itself. The hosting service may use strictly necessary technologies to deliver the website securely and make it work properly. If we later add analytics or marketing technologies, we will update this notice and request consent where required.

7. Your privacy rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or transfer of your personal data. You can also object to certain processing. Send your request to juan@vvoriginbrands.com. We may ask for additional information to verify your identity.

If you are dissatisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

We may update this privacy notice when our website, services or legal obligations change. The newest version will always be available on this page.
